Text U Later Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of a software application ("Application") on a mobile device that was designed by Cooperativa de Seguros Múltiples de Puerto Rico and created by Wisenet, LLC. The Application, Text U Later, allows your device to automatically send a text message to people that text or call you during the period of time in which you activate the application.

General
The Application, Text U Later, is owned by Cooperativa de Seguros Múltiples de Puerto Rico and maintained by Wisenet, LLC.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

Application Permissions:

• READ_PHONE_STATE - This permission is used to obtain cellular network information to determine if text messages were sent successfully or if device has no phone signal at the moment of sending attempt. Application will attempt to resend failed messages. Also used to determine incoming call states to send an automatic text message when call ends.


• READ_CONTACTS - This permission is used internally to keep track of contacts the application has sent a text message or that may need to resend a message if the attempt failed. The application also manages a 'logs' area in which the user can view the messages sent from the user's device and to which contacts, depending on who has texted and/or called the user while the application is active.

Automatically Collected Information - In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, such as the type of mobile device and mobile operating system you are using Text U Later from, your mobile device's unique device ID to route push notifications accordingly, and information about the way you use the Application.

Your mobile device's unique device ID will be used to route push notifications from Cooperativa de Seguros Múltiples de Puerto Rico, if needed.

Text U Later does not store user's location.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This application does not collect information about the location of your device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No.

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
We may choose to integrate analytics to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We may also choose to integrate advertisement within the Application and provide data on how users interact with advertising provided in the Application.

What are my opt-out rights?
There are multiple opt-out options for users of this Application:

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information and thereafter may store it in aggregate. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. We respect your privacy and strive to protect the information provided by our subscribers.

Limitation of Liability
The majority of the data available on the Application originates from Cooperativa de Seguros Múltiples de Puerto Rico and Wisenet, LLC. Causes such as weather phenomenon, human error, emergencies, Acts of God, Internet congestion, telecommunications breakdown, etc. may render Text U Later unavailable or cause our equipment and servers to malfunction. Any data and information provided through Text U Later is provided without warranty of any kind as to accuracy or timeliness. Wisenet, LLC. cannot be held liable for damages caused by the use of data obtained through the Application. We cannot be held liable for users providing personal, financial or account information, or transactions entered with third parties or services provided by another person or company.

Internet and Computer Crimes
No person(s) shall knowingly gain unauthorized access to, or otherwise use Text U Later, Cooperativa de Seguros Múltiples de Puerto Rico and Wisenet, LLC. "computer network" (physical wired and/or wireless computer network) and/or "servers" (web, email, DNS, etc.) for illegal purposes, such as cracking, hacking, spamming and, tracking people you are not familiar with. Illegal activity done onto or over our network can and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here: http://soluwise.com/textulaterprivacy.html, and informing you when launching the Application. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

Your Consent
By using the Services, you are consenting to our processing of User Provided and Automatically Collection information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S. your information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored there under U.S. privacy standards. By using the Application and providing information to us, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the US.
