Cine Privacy Policy

This privacy policy and the terms at http://soluwise.com/cineterms.html, govern your use of the website http://cinecl.soluwise.com and a software application ("Application") on a mobile device that was created by Soluwise, Inc. The Application, Cine, allows you to view showtimes in PR, movies currently available in theaters in PR, and movies that are scheduled to be released.

General
The website (http://cinecl.soluwise.com) and the Application, Cine, are owned and maintained by Soluwise, Inc.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information - The Application obtains the information you provide when you write a movie review. Users will be able to see reviews and scores provided by other users.

Automatically Collected Information - In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, such as the type of mobile device and mobile operating system you are using Cine from, your mobile device's unique device ID to route push notifications accordingly, your latest position coordinates to sort theaters in order of proximity, and information about the way you use the Application.

Your mobile device's unique device ID will be used to route push notifications containing details of new movie releases.

Cine does not store user's location.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This application does collect precise information about the location of your device. It will be done automatically when requesting directions to a theater and when user select option for sorting theater name list in order of proximity.

We use your location information to feed into your device's mapping application and get a route when user's current position and the theater's location. Your location is also used to calculate distance between yourself and each theater, in order to sort theaters in order of proximity when user prefers sorting through proximity instead of alphabetical order. This can only be done from the Cine app. Soluwise does not receive this location information and it is not stored by the application.


Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Yes. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Cine may provide location information to obtain location relevant ads.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;


• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;


• if Soluwise, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site (http://soluwise.com) and (http:cinecl.soluwise.com) of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
We may choose to integrate analytics to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We may also choose to integrate advertisement within the Application and provide data on how users interact with advertising provided in the Application.

What are my opt-out rights?
There are multiple opt-out options for users of this Application:

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information and thereafter may store it in aggregate. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. We respect your privacy and strive to protect the information provided by our subscribers.

Limitation of Liability
The majority of the data available on the website http://cinecl.soluwise.com and Cine originates from Soluwise, Inc and the users of Cine. Causes such as weather phenomenon, human error, emergencies, Acts of God, Internet congestion, telecommunications breakdown, etc. may render this website and Cine unavailable or cause our equipment and servers to malfunction. Any data and information provided through Cine and the website http://cinecl.soluwise.com is provided without warranty of any kind as to accuracy or timeliness. Soluwise, Inc. cannot be held liable for damages caused by the use of data obtained through the Application, Cine, and its website http://cinecl.soluwise.com. We cannot be held liable for users providing personal, financial or account information, or transactions entered with third parties or services provided by another person or company.

Internet and Computer Crimes
No person(s) shall knowingly gain unauthorized access to, or otherwise use the Cine and Soluwise, Inc. "computer network" (physical wired and/or wireless computer network) and/or "servers" (web, email, DNS, etc.) for illegal purposes, such as cracking, hacking, spamming and, tracking people you are not familiar with. Illegal activity done onto or over our network can and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here: http://soluwise.com/cineprivacy.html, and informing you when launching the Application. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

Your Consent
By using the Services, you are consenting to our processing of User Provided and Automatically Collection information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S. your information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored there under U.S. privacy standards. By using the Application and providing information to us, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the US.
